Shipping
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from date of purchase
unless otherwise noted, and arrive between 10-15 business
days from date of
purchase. Currently, 85% of our orders are shipping within 3 business
days from date
of purchase. However, Amazing Produce is
not responsible for non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control,
such as labor and/or maritime
strikes, customs delays, and Acts of God.
Prices and Availability
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF ALL MERCHANDISE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT
NOTICE. Despite our best efforts to sell online only those products we
have in stock, quantity may not be available for all products.
If the product you want to order is out of stock, we apologize for any
inconvenience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Agreement") constitutes
a binding legal contract between you and Amazing Produce, the owner
and operator of the www.amazingproduce.com website
(the "Site").
By ordering any product or service via the Site, you signify your acceptance
of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to
time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted.
This Agreement is intended to supplement the Website Terms of Use. Amazing Produce takes the issue of privacy on the Internet very seriously.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU
OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES. Amazing Produce EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU. THE WARRANTIES
SET FORTH HEREIN GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. IF A PRODUCT HAS BEEN PURCHASED
FOR CONSUMER USE AS DEFINED BY 15 U.S.C. § 2301, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OR WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY.
Return Policy
All returns must be requested within 2 business days of receipt of
shipment by using any of the following methods; calling our toll free
number, emailing, faxing,
or leaving a voicemail message.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

your order.
All items marked as "Closeout
Specials" are final sales and are non returnable.
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Amazing Produce.
International orders are non-returnable.
Our products are not recommended for outdoor use unless expressly noted,
and Amazing Produce is not responsible for any damage caused by
the weather.
Please open your cartons and identify all materials immediately upon receipt
of shipment. This is to ensure all items ordered are present and intact.
Any product that has been subject to misuse, improper storage, unauthorized
modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, alteration, improper installation
or other acts which are not the fault of Amazing Produce,
including damage caused by shipping can not be returned to Amazing Produce.
If the product you receive is damaged, you MUST make note of damages
on the truck bill of lading or immediately notify your FedEx, UPS,
or Common Carrier driver to mark
any damages on their shipping form. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES
BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK LEAVES YOUR FACILITY. Amazing Produce
staff will be
happy to assist you with filing a shipping claim, however damage claims
are your responsibility!

Give your order number or customer account
number (if available), item number, and the quantity you wish to return.
Also, briefly explain why you would like to return the merchandise.
We will issue you a return authorization number and instructions on
how to return the merchandise. There is a 25% restocking fee
on all returned merchandise. Please mark the outside of your
carton (s)
with your
return authorization number for immediate processing.
Items not returned in their original box or improper repackaging of items
will not be accepted by Amazing Produce. If you are unable to use Amazing Produce's original box, please notify Amazing Produce before you return
the item.
Amazing Produce will give you the correct shipping address to return
the merchandise. Please DO NOT return product to us without receiving prior instructions
or return additional merchandise not previously authorized.
Amazing Produce is not responsible for the freight charges of returned
goods directly resulting from customer error. However, we will assist you
in choosing the most economical method to ship back your return.
You will have 5 days from the date you receive your return authorization
number to send returned items back to our shipping facility. Authorized
returns arriving back to Amazing Produce more than 15 days from
the date of the return authorization may be subject to additional return
fees.
After the product has been returned and inspected by Amazing Produce returns
staff, we will issue a credit to either your credit card or by check, depending
on what payment method was used at the time of purchase.

BACKORDERS
Backorders will be shipped automatically, without notice, up to 90
days, unless the customer specified a cancellation date. Discontinued
items
or sold out items will be automatically cancelled, and amount of backorder
will be credited back to customer’s credit card or checking account.
FREIGHT CLAIMS POLICY
The purchaser should inspect their shipment immediately upon receipt.
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
