Most orders ship the next business day from date of purchase

By ordering any product or service via the Site, you signify your acceptance

OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES. Amazing Produce EXPRESSLY
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU. THE WARRANTIES
SET FORTH HEREIN GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. IF A PRODUCT HAS BEEN PURCHASED

OR WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY.
All sizes listed on merchandise
are overall height. Please contact us if you have
any questions about the size of our products before purchasing, or for further information.
All returns must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Amazing Produce.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
International orders are non-returnable.

e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Give the sales representative your order number or customer
number, order number, and/or item number, and the quantity you wish to return.
Also, briefly explain why you would like to return the merchandise.
We will issue you a return authorization number and instructions on
how to return the merchandise. Please mark the outside of your
return authorization number for immediate processing.
Items not returned in their original box or improper repackaging of items
will not be accepted by Amazing Produce. If you are unable to use Amazing Produce's original box, please notify Amazing Produce before you return
Amazing Produce will give you the correct shipping address to return
the merchandise. Please DO NOT return your order to us without receiving prior instructions,
or return additional merchandise not previously authorized.
Amazing Produce is not responsible for the freight charges of returned
goods directly resulting from customer error. However, we will assist you
in choosing the most economical method to ship back your return.
You will have 3 business days from the date you receive your return authorization
number to send returned items back to our shipping facility. Authorized
returns arriving back to Amazing Produce more than 10 days from

After the product has been returned and inspected by Amazing Produce returns
staff, we will issue a credit to either your credit card or by check, depending
on what payment method was used at the time of purchase.

Freight Claims and Shipping Damage
The purchaser should inspect their shipment immediately upon receipt.
Open cartons and packaging to identify all materials. This is to ensure all items ordered are present and intact.
If the product you receive is damaged, you MUST make note of damages
on the truck bill of lading or immediately notify your FedEx, UPS,
or Common Carrier driver to mark
any damages on their shipping form. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES
BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK LEAVES YOUR FACILITY. Amazing Produce staff will be
happy to assist you with filing a shipping claim.
Damages must be reported to Amazing Produce within 2 days of receipt of delivery.
Our products are not recommended for outdoor use unless expressly noted,
and Amazing Produce is not responsible for any damage caused by
Any product that has been subject to misuse, improper storage, unauthorized
modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, alteration, improper installation
or other acts which are not the fault of Amazing Produce,

Backorders will be shipped automatically, without notice, up to 90
days, unless the customer specified a cancellation date. Discontinued
or sold out items will be automatically canceled, and amount of backorder
will be credited back to customer’s credit card.
